The short answer is that most banks do not care and your rewards are non-transferrable, save for HSBC and OCBC who allows it to be transferred or redeemed by your loved ones.
I’ll probably look more into this topic soon and research more in-depth, especially since I do have quite a bit of credit cards on hand!
